Coronavirus (COVID-19) Operating Arrangements

**Please note that we will not be processing new membership applications until further notice. We ask you, where possible, to restrict personal visits and to refrain from bringing your children with you.**

At Shercock Credit Union our first priority in light of the ongoing national situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is to be able to assist you, our members, as best we can.

Opening hours are as normal for the present time. Express lodgement facility available in office. If you do not want to physically visit our offices, you can:

  • Speak to a member of Staff with general queries on our mainline 042 9691911
  • Speak to a Member of Staff with queries on your loan or to make a loan repayment during opening hours on 042 9691911 or 086 1595773
  • Submit a query or request a call-back via email to

Please consider card payments (can be done over the phone) or setting up a Standing Order.</p>

Loan Applications: For those wishing to apply for a loan you can download an application form from and then submit any supporting documentation by email to, by post or by dropping it into either our letterbox or the Express Lodgement box in the office. Once processed we will call you bank to arrange a suitable time for signing. You may also make an application by phone on 0429691911, but not at the counter for now please!
